Have been on klonopin 2mg at bedtime for over 11 yrs & added Ativan last summer for those occasional afternoon panic episodes.

I don't have an addictive personality & my pdoc trust me after all these years to not abuse these meds .

Any AD I've ever tried made me manic. Under the right circumstances benzos can be used safely.
