Psych meds can affect so many people differently. I've been on Zoloft for 15-16 years and never had any problems with it. Others do better on another AD.

Whatever one you take, I'm a bit concerned you took yourself off the meds. Are you seeing a pdoc currently?

For anxiety - Ativan in low dosages works for me.

There are a lot of options...hang in there til you find the one(s) that work for you.
