Funny, we could apply that to our lives as well. We all have to learn how to fly, no matter what age we start at.
I find this "growth" to be an exciting experience, although terrifying and confusing. Wouldn't it be nice if it just happened "naturally" like the birds? I used to think that was the way it was - some people had the gift of talk, reason, privelages, that I wasn't allowed to have. Now, I'm thinking differently. T is an angel - he is wonderful.
