I learned this exercise in a book about creative writing a long time ago. It recomended that writers put down their thoughts, on paper, uninhibited, for a short period of time. It said that after I did this, to look at the result, and find a topic or a story that I can write on based on info gathered from the uninhibited ramblings done previous. I'm not a professional writer, but this exercise helped me with coping with life with mental illness.

So I'll go for 2 minutes, GO!

go shorty get up its time for breakfast go to club gonna get done go for it wow I think is all there buty nowhere I like donkeys and butterflys and I wish I was a go daddy .comish I think it is all don. My don is a kinda goofy sort, ya know? I wanna go on a ferris whell with cotten candy and a big lollipop today and visit the beach with a big multicolored ball to bounce. I'm saying no to drugs today I'va good guitar I play when I wanna. I see clouds in the sky with the sun.. It is not cloudy today and no wind. 50 cent seems friendly, lest I steal from him. He seems reasonable today. Well the streets let me be. I think Im a good guy today I wish I was better today. I'm good s**t. Iva good thingy where you wanna be today in the hood, ya know? Good to go Bye.

I'll give that some thought.
