As with most of the things you can do here, there's more than one way!

The quick-and-dirty way is to right-click on your username next to anything you've posted. In the pulldown menu that appears, click on the option "Find More Posts by Callmebj". That'll bring up a list of your last 200 posts -- but not whether there have been any replies since you posted (or you last looked).
