I agree with amanaliouse here in that some things we do in our thoughts don't always mean something is wrong with us. If you really want a diagnosis, none of us can do that here.
I can say that it may not be a sign of a MI, but simply that you have a very creative mind and you also thrive on learning and have a real gusto for life. Yes, that could be an atribute and a sign that you simply have a lot of drive. Some people have many different irons in the fire and have a great sense for business and are very successful people. I know myself that I tend to observe different things, can come up with ideas about how I could add to that type of business or even decorative aspect of something and entertain the ideas as possible life directions.
So, it can mean something very positive about you. It all depends on if it effects your actual ability to actually make a decision and stick with it and achieve something. What comes to mind is Ron Howard and how he can look at something and then come up with a hole idea for a story and a movie from that one idea. And even Stephen King can see something too and his mind can view an odd object and that whole process can turn into a novel, something that other people never imagined.
So, I would have to say that it really all depends. I don't want to take something that may be an atribute and place doubt there by saying it could be this or that disorder or is something bad when it may be something good.
