I have had problem sleeping specially at night all my life as well. I cam across this article which was helpful. What it says is there are two type of people, biologically, night people and morning people. So if you are a night person by nature, and try to follow the schedule of the morning people, which that is the schedule of our society, then you will suffer since you are fighting your nature.
