Did you know that anger isn't a bad thing? It's an emotion, and emotions aren't good or bad. They just are. Anger can be very uncomfortable though, and sometimes what we do when we're feeling uncomfortable or hurt can be a problem. So we just need to learn how to use our anger in a way that helps us and doesn't hurt anybody. I know, that's easier said than done. I found a great website about just that though. I keep telling people about this site, and people are going to think that I'm invested in it somehow, but I don't have anything to do with the site. I just think it's good information that we could all use since anger is such a hard thing to know what to do with. I asked my mother what to do with all the anger building up in me as a child, and didn't get any answers, and it built up and eventually either imploded or exploded.
