Yes, I was on Saphris. I liked it for a number of reasons though in the end discontinued because it was too sedating for me. My condition was agitated for a brief period, but that is not how I usually am and found it too calming. However, I slept like a dream every night and was able to cut my benzo use down, too. I was very stable. Starting at a high dose you might under your doctor's advisement be able to work down to 5mg 2x per day as your mood stabilizes or 5mg daily even. I was sensitive to Seroquel (couldn't take it), nor Abilify, by Saphris felt very good. Best of luck to you.
