To be honest, what you're describing does sound like akathisia and it's probably Abilify causing it. I was on 20mg of it at one point and was constantly uncomfortable and had to keep moving all the time just like you describe. I'm at half the dose I was before and the worst I have to deal with now is that my feet will occasionally bounce in place and shake my desk when I'm sitting down. It's definitely worth looking into meds as the cause.
