It zaps your energy and then add stress to the bod on top of it and wham I didn't have time to recover from the last episode before the next one depleted me again!
Try and remember that anxiety/stress is most often 'triggered' by something. Work on what triggers you. Take time to do your best to relax and try and get some good sleep. You'll eventually feel like the fog is lifting if you can eat well and rest well. Best to you~

This is so true, the more you rest and take care of yourself, The fog will lift! I was feeling the same way, a lot of brain fog and disconnect, I was scared all the time. Over time I got better. Actually prednisone, cause my anxiety to go haywire!! I took it back in Sept 2011 for suspected fluid in my ear causing vertigo. Anway after the 3rd day on PREDNISONE, I was nuts!! It took a little over two months to get better from that drugs horible side affects. Mind you, I was on it only 6days! Never again. After doing a lot of research and talking to my therapist, I learned that Prednisone can cause steroid psychosis in people with underlying or existing mental issues. My therapist, said the prednisone, made my underlying anxiety worse! I will never take that again, Its not for every one.
