I've been on abilify for several years and am very happy with it.

The only side effect I get is the occasional jumpy muscles, where you have to move. It's not so bad that I'd stop the drug, but it does occasionally require a low dose klonipin to stop the jumpies. I don't know if it matters how high a dose it is that gives you the jumpies, but I'm on 15 mgs, so I'm pretty sure the higher the dose, the more likely you are to get the side effect.
