Definitely check in with T and pdoc but it sounds a lot like bipolar. Keep a journal to track how long moods last and what your thoughts, moods, and behaviors are. Give stats to professionals and then consider a potential diagnosis. It could take a couple of cycles before a diagnosis can be made.
