I definitely understand what you mean about just doing the 'grab and tell' - my boss told me one day (when she was unhappy with me for something....but I didn't know what) that she wanted to talk to me. Problem was, that was on a Friday, she was out Monday and Tuesday of the next week - and in the end, she never ended up saying anything to me about the subject. So, 4 days (including my precious weekend!) were totally blown. I definitely prefer people to just say "hey, if you could not do ______ again, that'd be great" so I can say "oh, ok, sorry!" and then that's the end of it.

My imagination is way too powerful for me to sit and "stew" about things. Getting a lot better at control my faithful friend Irrational Anna, thank God! LOL
