So after spending nearly a month in the hospital....I am home. Surprisingly I feel pretty good... That might have a little to do with the benzo Im on for anxiety. It does feel strange to be home. I just dont know how to be in the real world yet. I have been sleeping alot this week but I am sure that is from being emotionally drained. I learned alot while I was there and I intend ti implement all of it until I figure out what does and doesnt work for me.

Inpatient: 24 days
Partial: 11 days

I thank God for that place and those people. They really worked hard with me.
My pdoc is wonderful as well as the social worker that runs the partial program.
