The list from "Songbird" says I can take a pill. Since I think you're not home anymore either, I will take one of those pills and listen to Mr. *****'s voice on a recording I have and try and think of safe things and go to sleep.

I'm still scared but not so much panicked. I think doing something has made some of the "stuff" quiet down.

It's still icky and yucky if I think about it and don't know what I am going to do tomorrow. Mr. ******* made me a safe place to go in my mind and I will try that.
