true..smile at a crappy boss...it makes them crazy...don't accept what they are saying but smile...be nice.

it's one of the things my crazy mother taught me to do...fight the good fight....someone is treating you like crap at work, neighbor etc..document (ok well uncle sam taught me that part) & smile....a crazy lopsided but big goofy smile...you do your work so your performance is fine but you smile.

makes the bullies insane....& then they start making critical mistakes & then you own them.
