This is Sonbgird. Thank you so much for taking care of Snowbird last night. She seemed to respond nicely to you and I am glad someone was on the board when she posted.

Her journal is filled with pages of her feelings from last night. I can't say too much because I am afraid of triggering her this morning.

I have written a list of things to do in the back of her journal when she is unstable. Coming to PC is one of them. At least she would have someone to talk to.
