Hi everyone,
I tweaked my shoulder yesterday during my workout without realizing it, and just started feeling it today. I decided to go ahead and exercise today as well, and later (foolishly) tried to play a video game that requires lots of arm/shoulder movement, and had to stop pretty quickly.
I have heard that with some injuries, it's actually good to use the injured area. Should I be performing exercises of any sort to overcome the pain? Or should I be trying to use my shoulder as little as possible?
Unfortunately, the injury is on my right side, which is the arm I use for everything.

I'd like to avoid going to the doctor if possible, because I don't have a family doctor and would have to try a walk-in clinic.
Has anyone else experienced a shoulder injury? What helped you? Any input is greatly appreciated, thank you!
