i spoke to the disability support lady i'm linked in with (V) and she recommended a counsellor for me to see. so i have an appointment for tuesday next week.
the thing that makes me feel awful is that V said that she recommended S because she is a very senior psychologist who has experience with difficult cases... am i really that f**ked up?
