why do I need to be in therapy?
What do I want to accomplish during therapy?
What are some ideas on how to accomplish that during therapy?
What am I willing to do during therapy and incorporate into my home life -

Workbooks?
Classes (for example anger managememt, depression management, Anxiety management, parenting, ...ect..)?
