I'd say that being honest with yourself is the key.

It doesn't sound as though you have no interest in guys or girls. Perhaps less patience with men, and that's why once or twice a week is good for you? Most men love women who aren't dependent upon their company! I haven't known a guy yet who hasn't enjoyed women who like both sexes. I've known a few lesbian ladies over the years, and they're good people too.
