Yeah, our phone calls were pretty bad. She'd call and ask a lot of questions about re-scheduling or whatever, and all I said was "yes" and make affirming noises.
Though I recently called her to tell her I would be a little late. That took courage, but it went okay!
I'm a pretty terrible phone person overall though. Come to think of it, I'm a pretty terrible social person in general
