Okay. I had to set up a new folder, if I'm doing this right, to get threads out of my Subscribed folder. So, I:

--set up Unsubscribes folder
--marked threads I no longer wanted to follow
--moved them to Unsubscribes folder

This doesn't impress me as very efficient, which is why I'm detailing it to you. Please let me know if drug fog, old age, academic overload, too much Thread-War-laughing, etc, have concealed a more appropriate resolution of problem.
