You said you have no one in real life to talk to about these things. I know how that feels, it sucks, doesn't it? It's not the same thing as talking to someone in person, but remember the PC community is always here to support you. Visit the Depression forum, you'll be able to find many people in the same boat as you are right now and who knows... some of the topics or their replies may be useful to you too.

Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it. Its just I don't think I can. Its hard to explain, but I have had an extremely difficult time doing anything or committing to anything. Whenever I'm feeling particularly down, if I try to do something my mind points out all the reasons why I shouldn't and how I'm overreacting and being selfish, so it's really hard to get anything done.
