disorganized sad mess? then I think you may be talking about a lot of us!
I know exactly what you mean--I'm feeling so "meh" on my current medication. I do know certain types cause certain issues with me (prozac family=makes me want to sleep; cymbalta type meds=makes me paranoid). do you have a pschiatric professional prescribing your meds?
I know you'd feel better if you exercised but getting to the point where you have enough energy to do so can be so difficult!
just keep trying, keep thinking/talking yourself into getting better is a good step/sign.
btw, I don't think seven different meds is all that much. I've been on twice that many in various combinations. I've yet to find the perfect match but I'm not giving up yet!
