This morning my sister in law, who is married to my husband's brother, came to visit us. She wanted to talk to my husband about his brother. She wants to leave her husband and I guess she wanted my husband's blessing.

Anyway she started to say how miserable she is with her husband because he is so abusive towards her.

My husband relpy to her was to just go ahead and leave him. That his brother was mean and abusive and self centered, that he only thinks about himself and how much she would be better without him. That he understood her completally and even went as far as saying that if his brother didn't wanted to get help for himself then to just let him die. That she was doing the right thing by leaving him and to just take care of herself now. His brother didn't deserve her.

Then she looked at me and I bet she could read in my eyes what I was thinking.
