it's not that simple...it's not a simple "put up or shut up" kind of thing with a one way solution...you have never had a bad day as a parent (if you are one)...
i think it is much healthier to come to a place such as this to vent, scream yell, ask for support than to not ask for help & then get into trouble & handle the stress alone. what is wrong with asking for help? or doubting your ability to nurture a child? who hasn't had doubts about their abilities at some skill?
i worry more for those that don't profess any doubts & just say "i am a good parent. i do everything right. my kids are fine." really? you never get angry, frustrated, overwhelmed?
this is a place to reach out for support...just like you are permitted to state your opinion & get feedback..so are those other parents...
so using your statement...if someone complains about parenting...their kids should be taken away or given away...how many complaints? what type of complaints? removed to a state agency? where they will be in a foster home? should the parents get care to help them cope?
what do you suggest?
(and before you ask...no i am not a parent...but i have worked in child care, i have raised dogs, & have done law enforcement so i have seen the effects of domestic issues. i am also a survivor of abuse as a child...so i have been there, done that....& i don't think being removed to a foster home would have helped my situation at all..in fact it probably would have made things worse..for without proper counseling & therapy...it might have killed me)
