I know how you feel. Antidepressants don't work for me either. I find that exercise with a lot of cardio helps. I think I need the endorphins to get me going. I never feel like it but I just make it a habit. Doing it to music really helps. Pink's 'Greatest Hits' works for me. Very energetic music - not too happy, not too sad. Scheduling my day works too - committing to something that I must do, not just a 'should do' - music lessons, lunch date with a friend, workout with a personal trainer. Or consider getting a dog that requires lots of exercise.
