I am sorry to hear about your wife. I do agree, that is a bit ridiculous that all those conditions must be fulfilled in order for intimacy to take place. Don't misunderstand what I said regarding your fantasies. I don't doubt your sexuality, and I don't think there's anything particularly wrong with having fantasies in line with it. My only point was that I think it would be poor judgment to act on them, largely because you are still married. That does put you in between a bit of a rock and a hard place though. I hope others with a little more experience in the matter than I can be of input.
