Try to breathe slowly, deeply, and relax.

I had a total hysterectomy over 2 years ago, due to adenomyosis. Doctors did leave the ovaries, since they looked okay & I'm still relatively young. (Partial hysterectomy = uterus, Total Hysterectomy = uterus and cervix)

My periods and incredible pain are now long gone. I am thankful that I finally made the decision to have it done, as I'd suffered horrible periods (very long & very heavy) for many years before finally having it done. The path wasn't the easiest one to take, but it certainly led to less discomfort and physical misery.
