We started remodelling the house we got. Is going to be a long road. We had the water turned on monday and as soon as it came on water was going everywhere. They tought that it was the mainline going into the house and our problem. But they came back yesterday and put a new water meter on and it fixed the problem. So something we don't have to fix.

Hubby started on the bathroom and got the camold working. He put new hardware in it and it's working well. We went to Lowe's sunday and priced some things we need or want. So we are redoing the bathroom and kitchen. Going to put a new tub and sink in the bathroom. New kitchen sink and moving the kitchen island out for more room. The only heat in the house is a floor gas heater in the front part, so we are having that removed and a new heating and cooling system installed. Have to do duct work as well. We are putting siding on the outside ourselves. Well most of the work we are doing ourselves with the help of family and some friends. Need a few new widows and ripping out a wall to make the bedroom larger. One of my client's asked me yesterday what's good on the house? Said the roof is in good shape. She laughed and said I better bring pictures of all the work we're doing.

Going to take so much money and a lot of time. We have been getting some things that friends have donated to us. Got the fixures for the bathroom donated by a co-worker. She also has furniture that she is giving us. She's moving to Ga and is cleaning out her house and getting ready to sale. So a lot of stuff she's given us are things they replaced to ready their house to sale.

Is going to be a long summer. Feel like I will be doing a lot of painting and laying of flooring.
