I saw your other thread on lingering pain from shingles - TBH you're taking way too high a dose of acetaminophen and ibuprophen. Taking this high a dose can cause liver and kidney failure. If you have chronic pain issues, you should be asking your doctor for the best pain coping strategies so you don't have to take this much medication. There's also pain clinics that teach coping skills like meditation, acupuncture, the right exercises etc to relieve pain. Also chronic pain won't kill you so there's benefit in learning a certain degree of acceptance. For now drink plenty of water and eat something. If you think you overdosed then go to a clinic or ER.
