Im in the west coast USA. - rarely snows in winter and the lowest temp this past winter was 35 degrees cold enough for winter coats but not cold enough to prevent getting out to bike and walk.

you might say my sleep schedule is kaput and a non schedule some nights of the week so on those nights I don't live by a set schedule - sometimes I make it to bed by 11pm and still other times I see the sunrise before going to bed for a bit.
