i am in the process of trying to get disability and really dont understand how anyone would hire someone to do nothing, and any job has to have some kind of mental process to it. i know if i owned a company i wouldnt hire a person to do nothing. my take is appeal, but if you dont have an experienced lawyer on your side get one. my lawyers know moves that ssi ssdi want and inform me before ssi ssdi do most of the time. plus lawyer know how to word things better. sometimes thats all it boils down to is how things are worded. just a thought. but still expect a long fight. in the end if you win they pay u alot of back pay, dating back to your original claim that got denied but dont wait to appeal u have a limited amount of time.
