I am one of many "kings of sleep problems" here. I know how frustrating it is. I am doing a little better currently. It is not only frustrating but also effects all other aspects of our lives.

What is going on when you try to sleep? Is your mind racing and thoughts keeping you awake? Could one of your meds be causing you to not sleep well? Just seemingly straight insomnia?

It may be worth mentioning it to your doctor if it keeps up. If it is a med problem they may be able to make an adjustment (that has largely been my problem) or even switch you to something more condusive to sleep. At some point it may also be appropriate to look into a prescription strictly for sleeping, as long as you keep in touch with the doctor and don't come to rely on the sleep aid I think that's fine.

I've been up and down most nights, If i see you here I'll certianly join in a late chat!

Hope things improve. Good luck.
