Thank you for the heads up, there are a lot "Phishing" scams and other malignant things out on the internet. You did the right thing calling Fed Ex.

A few tips to add

1-Never respond to company email requesting your SSN, Credit Card Number or Address, if there is a need to do this always go to firms secure site.

2) If you receive an email claiming to be from X Y or Z firm, always contact the firm and inquire.

3) Never put your information into anything other than secure site (https).

4) Always save all internet correspondance.

5) Invest in a spyware program and make frequent use of it.

6) Always delete your browse history before going back off line and shutting your PC down.
