When is Febs period due? If it gets, I don't know, a week over that date then probably fairly safe to assume it is missed, otherwise it could still happen.

An odd thought that came to mind was raspberry tea... I think that is supposed to have something to do with periods and I might even vaguely recall mention that pregnant women should not take it because it can cause miscarriage? It might induce periods, no idea.
