I can relate. I finally went to a T when I felt weird all the time, but I didn't realize it was anxiety. I felt like I was constantly quivering or had a current running through my body nonstop. I thought it was caffeine, but I cut back and it didn't help. When T asked "when does it feel better" I had to say "never. It never stops." My T set me up with relaxation techniques that work wonders. The constant quivering is gone and now I can recognize when the symptoms are creeping back in and use the techniques.
