I wish that I knew what to tell you on that one. I had to bottom out before I really started getting better, and I think I was in a slow downward spiral for 25 years before that happened. During that time there were plenty of people who should have helped but didn't, at least not enough. When it comes down to it, no matter what anyone tells you, you are really the only one who can make yourself feel either good or bad. It takes a great deal of effort, but you can make a decision to change directions, and then act on that decision and carry it out. It helps to have people on your side who will encourage you and advise you. Try to find people in 3D as well as us here. Don't go back to the ones who only push you down. Reaching out to give help is also good for you. As you see them grow, you have evidence that you are not useless or helpless, and you can give each other hope. You will be growing too. It's hard to do it alone, so keep looking for someone who will help you. You know that you always have us, right?
