Maybe it doesn't matter if it is "just traits" or ADHD, if you can get help with your symptoms. I have a lot of symptoms of ADHD, and I am being treated for those symptoms, and I am doing better. The treatment for symptoms of ADHD is the same as for ADHD, so maybe it doesn't matter what label you get, unless it is an issue with insurance.
