Thanks. I haven't had a good nights sleep in about 2 weeks, so I'm excited to get some relief. It's 7:30pm here so I think I'll take it soon.

Some sleeping pills give me headaches.
Is it like a headache kind of tired? Or just knocks you out, like sedates you?
