I could stay in bed all day too, but I think it is caused by the medications I take for schizophrenia. My hypersomnia started when I first started taking the medications. Now even when I'm off them, I still sleep more than before I was diagnosed with schizophrenia. I try to stay alert while on the computer or doing anything, but I often feel tempted to sleep. I do spend some of my free time on the computer, but it's not that much.
