My goals are good, but my work toward them stinks lately. I haven't given up yet, but my weight for the month is only at negetive .5 pounds. Still have a week left in the month to work at it.
After all, it is the 'trend' 'over-time' that counts.
Today for lunch I will eat some of the bag of frozen mixed broc, cauli, carrots. Must start eatting more veggies!!!!
I walked Jack twice yesterday.

but haven't done anything extra like my floor exercises or joining the taekwondo group I checked out in Jan. The hubster and I have a conflict with the only vehicle we have. The class I want to take is from 5 til 6pm. He works until 5 and so he either has to work late, figure out how to get to the class from someone at work, or arrange to leave work 30 minutes early. Or I need to find a ride to the class, which is very unlikely as it is at least 15-18 miles from home, but is close to where hubby works.
As he pointed out to me, his working trumps my elective exercise class.
