Fears, Insecurities and Doubts are best dealt with through the understanding of where the other person is coming from.... once you have walked but only 10 steps in another's shoes then you will have the answer to their WHY's, that deeper understanding to all the things they have done and will ever do.
It is through knowing why a person does what they do, both the good and the bad, that helps us to place our own doubts/fears aside.... for it is no longer about us (as much as we may want to believe it to be), but it is now about what another must do within their self.... the unwarranted blame and condemnation that we placed upon our self (or body) is now removed, for WE are NOT the cause/reason of another's actions - - - NEVER!!
