Oh Chippy....not sleeping is no good...i know...i never sleep but i have found alot of people that believe Smells help you sleep.....i know it sounds weird but the store Bath and Body Works sells a lavender sleep spray....it's really calm and relaxing to me....they also have CD's there that have helped me
