I am so sorry you are in so much pain. How horrible for you!
Have you thought about taking a much smaller dose of flexeril to see if it would help you get through the day? It might work.
Do you have insurance that will pay for physical therapy? If you can get into regular or aqua therapy it would probably help a lot.
