I can relate. Every day is such a struggle for me, too.
I'm a teacher and I plan on either reducing my hours, if there is a position available, or quitting altogether next year. Meanwhile, I have to make myself go everyday, and then put on the work face. I can't go and hide anywhere all day, and there are times that I have to do clever tricks to hide a crying spell.
I wish there was a get-to-work-without-stress pill!
