I know I'm in good hands when my pdoc....
besides always calling back immediately, he calls between appointments to check on how things are, I can get in no matter what, and he also works with my other providers too which I appreciate.

He asked me when I saw him once after I explained how things were going, which wasn't well AT ALL, "Are you thinking I screwed up on this one?" and I had said, "It just didn't work like we'd hoped". He said, "Most definitely, I'm sorry; we'll get you back on track," and besides my surprise with no excuses or blaming me, he did get me back on track. He's a keeper.
