A friend chose it for me she passed away suddenly cple yrs ago so I took the nick permanently to honor her...Its Sanskrit basically meaning the spirit that is I honors and recognizes the spirit that is you.

Born Canadian, Raised in N.Ireland and back in Canada now.
4. What MH issue did you come here for? (for who)
Depression, Social Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, Basically feeling like a triangle in a round based world.
